Selling original paintings is unlike anything else I do because paintings are one of a kind objects and almost everything else I work with right now is digital. There is really something to be said for the day when the painting leaves and goes to its new home—my assumption is that I’ll never see it in person again.

I don’t often get a photo of a painting in its new home, but this time I did! Libby and I follow each other on Instagram and one day these images appeared in my feed—what a delightful surprise.

If you think this looks like a photoshoot, that would be because Libby is a stylist. You can find more of her work on her website libbymarshall.com
